We are beyond grateful and relieved to know Tim Fetter and his professional service! I call him Dr. Fetter because he assesses and finds solutions and is HONEST! Tim is personable and arrives at your home in a timely fashion. I know if an appliance breaks down I can call "Dr. Fetter" and he will be professional and honest! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tim!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tim and the work he does! We purchased a new washer and dryer and had some issues with them so long story short GE sent Tim out to help us and he is seriously a super hero!!!! His cape may have been in the wash and at home today but it's clear he can soar over buildings, rescue those in need, and solve any problem!!!

He was able to come out quickly, he's super knowledgeable, and incredibly nice! It turns out the part he needed to fix our dryer needed to be ordered but he reached out as soon as the part came in and came back out to install it the next day. On top of all of this he helped me get the right dryer vent installed and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set to have our new washer and dryer ready to go.
